Cable Focus
By the mid-1990s, Mintek's cable customer began asking for more than data collection hardware. Teaming with one of those customers, Mintek examined the problems associated with customer premise equipment (CPE) management and developed an automated data collection system - WinTrack SETS.

A complete solution, WinTrack SETS for Cable Warehouse Management also integrates with the process of adding cable boxes to the host billing system and enhances the reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy on delivery to customer homes. WinTrack PM
Mintek initially started in the lodging industry with preventive maintenance. WinTrack PM was successful because it was designed from the ground up to focus on the end user. Its simplicity in use on the handheld coupled with of the ease of use on the desktop allowed hotel operators the ability to easily manage their preventive maintenance and rounds.

WORX
WORX was created because customers needed a way for people removed from the prventive maintenance operations to be able to request work and get feedback on the status of that work. WORX was a module of Mintek's first asset management solution.

Mintek's first asset management solution tied together asset management online with the WinTrack PM desktop & mobile software. Mintek is pleased to release the 2.0 version of that asset management program to the public. It is now fully hosted and requires zero-IT involvement. It is the culmination of over five years of work and combines many of the best practices that Mintek developed from the lodging industry and makes it applicable to anyone looking to manage their assets to reduce costs, increase ROA, and improve data obtainability and accuracy.
