A complete solution, WinTrack SETS automates the daily activities of the cable warehouse by integrating its mobile applications with the host billing systems used by all major MSOs. Adding, transferring, issuing, returning and reconciling CPE no longer means being tied to the speed and performance fo the billing system. Mintek's focus in the cable indusry began with this solution, and today WinTrack SETS has more than 700 licensed installations, including the largest MSOs in the country.
Customer Relationship Management
Experience in the cable industry and expertise with the three major billing systems pushed Mintek to create another high ROI application for its existing customers. The WinTrack CRM database serves as a foundation for two CRM applications.
