Managing Routes Made Easy

 

Manage your field reps routes quickly and easily

 

 

1. Rep Group will filter the list of Field Reps by the group they belong to. For example, Field Reps can be groups by their Supervisor, or into teams.
2. Listed Fields Reps can be clicked on the view only Routes assigned to the specified Field Rep.
3. Each Route’s Expire Date and Created Date is easily visible and can be sorted by date order.
4. The Field Rep the Route is Assigned To is can be edited and re-assigned by double clicking on the Route in the list.
5. The Route Type denotes what kind of Route is listed; Sales, Audit or Survey.
6. Passings are the total addresses in the Route.
7. Potential is the number addresses marked as a priority to visit.
8. The Visits column denotes how many addresses the Field Rep has been to so far, making it easy to track the progress of the Route.
