Enter a document description and select the type of document such as blueprints, contracts, manuals, photos etc.
- Every document receives its own description that helps in its quick identification.
- The Document Tree assists with selecting the proper document type when adding new items.

Each document record contains a unique identifier and may be attached to multiple files as well as file types.
