The Asset Tree allows you to Add, Copy, Edit and Delete your assets. You may view them by Type in a user friendly drop down format or you may view everything all at once. The tree allows you to organize your assets by property, region or company-wide. The right side of the screen will let you view each asset down to the smallest detail, right down to the serial number.
Now you can view your workload as you would a regular calendar. Rescheduling work is a breeze with drag and drop, and simply mousing over the description will give you all of the information you need to ensure that your work gets done and done on time. With your choice of dashboard views, you can bet that your associates have a manageable schedule.
Work Requests/WORX keeps you updated every step of the way of your work requests. It will streamline the process of hand writing carbon-copied work tickets and hanging it on someone’s door in the hopes that the work will get done. There is no more waiting for an available engineer to take the ticket or answer a radio call in hopes that work will be done. From the initial request, to assignment, to completion, WORX will keep you posted of the status of the work that you need done!
With the Inspection Master, you may create everything you need to maintain any asset in your database. Checklists along with readings and system tests may be stored and applied to a group of assets or just a particular one. The Inspection Master allows you to create a full library of tasks and Inspections that can be used at a single location, or an entire group of locations. No re-writes of the same lists, no duplicating data entry ever again!
With the Round Master, you may create Rounds to perform daily, weekly or monthly checks and blitzes for your assets. Not only can you record readings and perform tasks using this powerful tool, but you may even use the Round function for Security Walks, Inventory, IT/Computer Maintenance…whenever you need to map out a set of functions on a given route, Rounds can be your guide.

Transcendent allows you to complete your work on a handheld device with a built in scanner, which captures information and enables engineers to record work performed without paper, clipboards or dry erase boards. All work completed can then later be retrieved with a full library of built in reports.

The Rounds portion of the handheld makes doing your walk-throughs easy to navigate, and easy to record and repair issues on the spot during your round. The handheld tells you exactly where to go, and what to do once you get there, from Meter Readings to Refrigeration Temperatures to Light Checks.
Transcendent's powerful Inspection feature helps you gather information clearly and directly, with 8 types of various questions to choose from. It can even anticipate when further action is needed, and will alert the user when that's necessary.
Unscheduled Maintenance is considered work done “On the spot,” and it lets you record completed work like a log book. Specific barcodes or associate barcodes may be used, and it goes directly to history, never showing as open.
Don't have the time right now to stop and do extra work? The Work Request feature allows you to write a work ticket electronically. It later gets assigned and by the administrator who can do that according to workload!
With the Round Builder, you can easily build rounds in a natural walking order. You are not chained to a desk trying to remember what asset is near what. By walking around and scanning points on the spot, you can be sure your Rounds will always be set up efficiently.
