Generating a route is easy using the Wizard that walks you through the process. Simply select route type (sales or audit) and any campaigns used

Route Criteria

Route Criteria  determines which addresses will be included in your route by zip code, bridger number or node. Many other custom critera fields are also available. Choose one criteria filter, or combinations. For example; zip code and street name.

Specify Service Priority

Addresses can be given a priority status over lesser important addresses, based on service tier. This ensures the field rep focuses (visits) only those addresses that meet a pre-determined criteria.

Organize Streets into Routes

Addresses that meet the appropriate criteria can then be grouped together and assigned to a field rep who works the route.

Route Settings

The field rep has a certain number of days in which he is able to work the route. After this cutoff date, the route is no longer available on the field rep’s handheld.

Mobile handhelds eliminate the manual labor of moving equipment to computers with tethered scanners. Printing reciepts and labels directly from a SETS handheld connection means printing wherever you want without a PC. Address Filters

Address Filter Options: The House List Screen displays a list of address numbers that are on a given street. Among these filters, addresses can be sorted by odd and even houses to maximize time spent walking a route.

Once at a house, six dispositions denote the Audit outcome: OK, Unable, Sold, Disconnect, Trap & Follow-up.
