Mintek's focus on the cable industry began in the mid-1990s when we teamed with one of our customers to examine the problems associated with customer premise equipment (CPE) management and developed an automated data collection system that provides universal billing system access.  For more than 20 years, we have provided field automation solutions that tie into the billing system for warehouse, sales and tap auditors. This focus has allowed us to grow our active customer list to include the largest MSOs in the United Staes including: Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Brighthouse Networks, Charter Communications and Grande Communications.
