Step 1: Click the Support link at the bottom of the page.
Step 2. Click Login to Mintek.com Support
Step 3. If you have lost your password, click Lost your password? (otherwise skip to step 5)
Step 4. Fill in your user name or email address, and click Get New Password. A new password will then be sent to you.
Step 5. If you know your current password and wish to change it, just Log In with your user name and password.
Step 6. After logging in, hover over the drop down in the top left hand corner where your username is located and click Edit My Profile.
Step 7. Scroll down to where it says New Password. Type in the password you wish to change it to in the boxes provided (1) and then click Update Profile (2).
Step 8. Once you have clicked Update Profile, scroll back up and click where it says Mintek at the top to return to the home page.
